Buy the Book

The book is available for purchase ($12/copy + shipping) as of September 22, 2009.  There are three ways to order the book.

  1. Australians and New Zealanders, you can purchase copies through the Central Catholic Bookshop
  2. Buy it through Amazon.com
  3. Buy it through CreateSpace.com
  4. Buy it directly from me via the Paypal "Buy Now" button (with a fixed $3.61 shipping charge in the US, variable elsewhere)
Option 4 is the most beneficial for me (I get the largest amount of royalties that way) which means it is the most beneficial to the charities I support from my book's sales.  No matter how you buy the book, please consider writing a review for it on Amazon.com.

    I just tried the "Buy from me!" option and got the following error:

    We were unable to decrypt the certificate id.

    I encountered the same error. I re-created the "Buy Now" button through PayPal, and now it appears to work for me. Try again!
